Microsystems provides document creation and conversion services to law firms and legal clients. They also provide formatting, direction and consulting services in FDA documentation preparation to pharmaceutical clients.
They engaged Duo Consulting to redesign their public site and provide HTML templates for their IT team to integrate with their in-house content management system. However, in order to get the design right, they also engaged Duo to conduct a full usability analysis and report as a means to provide solid input to the design.
In addition to sample user flows, site architectures and use case scenarios, Duo conducted end user interviews to ensure direction was sound.
