CenterPost Communications is a business-to-business voice notification software and services company. They deliver millions of interactions for voice, email, text and IM channels each month for clients such as United Airlines, Wells Fargo, ABN AMRO and The Weather Channel.
Problem
CenterPost needed to re-launch its brand and build functionality into its Web site that would enable allow them to update proprietary content and make it available only to those visitors who provided contact information.
CenterPost engaged Duo to develop a new brand identity and to re-design the Web site and corporate materials to convey it to stakeholders. Duo worked in partnership with CenterPost to translate their business goals and processes into a customized technology solution that solidified their brand and allowed them to truly leverage the Web as a lead generation tool.
Solutions
- Brand Identity: The Duo creative team worked closely with CenterPost to learn about the spirit, values and culture of the company. This understanding enabled the development of a series of possible logos from which CenterPost could choose. Open communication and a commitment to collaboration resulted in a logo that CenterPost embraced and based the rest of their materials around.
- Marketing Collateral: Duo extended the CenterPost brand into all printed materials and provided consultation on content, as well, by conducting an audit on the language and search terms used by analysts and clients in relation to CenterPost’s offerings.
- Content Management Solution: Duo designed an administrative interface that allows documents to be uploaded to the site with a few clicks of the mouse, allowing CenterPost to keep its news and white papers up-to-date.
- Contact Information Procurement capability: In order to leverage the lead generation potential of the site, Duo developed functionality that allowed CenterPost to capture the contact information of visitors who download white papers and other branded materials.
